CBA evaluations in the race for the countywide Kinnaird vacancy

The Chicago Bar Association has released its evaluations of candidates running for the Kinnaird vacancy. Candidates are listed in ballot order. Both of the following are candidates in the Democratic primary; no Republican filed for this (or any other) countywide Circuit Court vacancy.

Kevin Cunningham -- Qualified
Kevin P. Cunningham is “Qualified” for the office of Circuit Court Judge. Mr. Cunningham was admitted to practice law in Illinois in 1992 and is engaged in the private practice of law concentrating in criminal, personal injury, and real estate matters. Mr. Cunningham also serves as Village Prosecutor in Oak Lawn. Mr. Cunningham is hardworking and well regarded for his legal knowledge, experience, and fine temperament.
Erica L. Reddick -- Qualified
Judge Erica Reddick is “Qualified” for the office of Circuit Court Judge. Judge Reddick was admitted to practice law in Illinois in 1991 and was appointed a Circuit Court Judge in 2010. Prior to becoming a judge, she served as an Assistant Cook County Public Defender. Judge Reddick is well regarded for her work ethic and integrity.
