CBA evaluation in the race for the "A" vacancy in the 13th Subcircuit

The Chicago Bar Association has released its evaluations of the only candidate running in the Republican primary for the "A" vacancy in the 13th Subcircuit. No Democrat filed for this Circuit Court vacancy.

Martin C. Kelley -- Not Recommended

The candidate declined to participate in the Judicial Evaluation Committee (JEC) screening process and, therefore, according to The Chicago Bar Association’s governing resolution for the JEC, is automatically found NOT RECOMMENDED.
